We know your equipment is what keeps your business moving, so why not make sure that equipment is insured if the worst happens.  We have companies that will provide replacement cost on your equipment which means that you will be able to replace your equipment and not have to come out of pocket to do so. 

Some things to think about when you insured your equipment:

  1. Coinsurance - if your current policy has a co-insurance clause you may only get a portion of what you have insured your equipment for if you have not insured your equipment for the correct value.
  2. Replacement Cost - if you have actual cash value on your policy you may not be able to replace your equipment with the same make and model because the insurance company will not pay replacement cost at the time of loss.
  3. Rented and Leased Equipment - Do you rent and/or lease equipment?  If so, do you know if you have coverage for that on your policy?
  4. Renting equipment while your equipment is getting fixed - after a loss and while your equipment is getting fixed, does your policy provide coverage for you to go and rent another piece of equipment so that you can continue working even while your machine is in the shop?

All of these are considerations that you need to take into account while you are buying your insurance.  These are the types of things that we think about every day and make sure that when it comes time for you to need your insurance, that your insurance will work for you.
